- Also in December 2023, Paducah Insurance merged with Austin Insurance Services in Benton, KY, to form Paducah Insurance Agency and welcomed Darin Austin as a Partner.
- In April of 2024, Paducah Insurance acquired the Paducah location of Affinity Insurance Group.
- That same month, Paducah Insurance acquired the personal and commercial insurance clients of Bradshaw & Weil.
