Crystal came to Benton Insurance after a career in retail and medical administration. She worked at Hobby Lobby for 4+ years before taking a position with Orthopedic Institute of Western Kentucky. During her 4 years at Orthopedic Institute, Crystal worked her way up to scheduling supervisor.

Since coming to Benton Insurance in 2020, Crystal services client accounts by managing vehicle changes, answering billing questions, and quoting new accounts. She loves the family atmosphere, where everyone feels connected and supports one another. She also enjoys working with her sister, Courtney Ballard!
