I have never had an insurance company that just wanted what was best for the customer. I unfortunately had a deer cross my path one rainy, dark evening. It happened so fast that my car wasn’t even able to react by initiating the anti crash system. I’m not sure if that is what it is called but my Mazda CX-5 is equipped with this feature. I texted my agent that night and I never had to do anything else. No calling and waiting on hold to speak to someone from who knows where to trying to set up a rental. He reported the accident, I was set up with a rental immediately, and all the parts that were used to repair my vehicle were OEM parts! No aftermarket or salvage parts! I have been telling anyone who will listen about Erie insurance and my wonderful agent Kevin! I truly love my insurance company and am grateful to have such a caring agent on my side!
